In the first sighting of Bethenny in Christian Louboutin, she wore a red dress and this beautiful black pump. You have probably heard – ‘you shouldn’t wear red and black.’ 
Actually, I have never understood that rule. I think red and black look wonderful together and many designers create outfits that combine the colors. Bethenny wore a red ensemble (coat and dress) with this black Christian Louboutin pump – really looked great when she was 
walking away. The glint of the red sole totally tied the whole outfit together. LOVED IT!
Bethenny REALLY REALLY likes this shoe, it is also featured on the first page of her blog. Since she lives in New York, she wouldn’t need a heel shield when she was at home. However, when she travels and rents a car, she may want to have a heel shield to take to protect her Louboutins in rental cars. Joan Rivers takes her heel shield with her when she travels.
